GF Pints ("the Service") is developed and maintained by an independent software developer in the United Kingdom. By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on GF Pints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Strict Age Requirement (18+ Only)

Access to GF Pints is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age in accordance with United Kingdom alcohol licensing laws. 3. Community Submissions & Content Guidelines

When you log a pint, review a taproom, or report a cellar line status:

• You warrant that your reviews represent honest, firsthand experiences.
• You grant GF Pints a royalty-free license to display your public ratings and handle.
• You agree not to post defamatory, offensive, false, or commercial promotional content.

4. Accuracy of Taplists & Beer Data

Pub taplists and availability rotate frequently. While we verify venue safety protocols and line dedications, GF Pints cannot guarantee real-time stock levels or continuous line allocations.

5. Intellectual Property

All application code and interface design are copyright GF Pints. Third-party brewery brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used purely for identification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GF Pints and its developer shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, allergic incidents, or damages resulting from the consumption of beverages or venue visits. You assume full personal responsibility for verifying beverage allergens with pub staff prior to drinking.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
